RETURN
Still not completely satisfied with the purchase? No problem, we have a 30-day cooling-off period after purchasing the product. After these 30 days it is unfortunately no longer possible to return your purchase for a refund. Nomestic reserves the right to process the return on this basis. The cost of returning the order is β¬6.95.
Follow the steps below to return the order:
1: Send an e-mail to support@nomestic.com stating that you wish to return the order. Please remember to include the order number in the email. You can also choose to contact us via our contact form on the website. We will send you a link so you can pay β¬6.95 and create a return label that you can use to return the product.
2: Download and print the return label and stick it on the package. The products you wish to return must be returned in their original condition:
Unused
Clean
Undamaged
If you no longer have Nomestic’s shipping packaging, you can also use another box, provided the return document is clearly visible.
3: Go to the delivery point of the shipping party you received a return label from. Note that you will receive a shipping receipt from the cashier or you will receive a shipping receipt by e-mail. Please keep it safe until the return has been processed and refunded. Without a return receipt, we cannot investigate missing returns and therefore cannot refund anything.
4: Once the return package has been delivered to our distribution center, it may take another 5 business days for the return to be processed. When we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will also include the new invoice or refund amount.
Exchange due to damage
Nomestic reserves the right to exchange items only if they are damaged or broken upon delivery. If you wish to exchange products for the same item(s), please contact us at support@Nomestic.com
TERMINATION
I returned my order, when will I know if it has been approved?
Once the item has been received and verified, you will receive an email stating that Nomestic has successfully received the returned item. We will then keep you updated on the status (approved/rejected) of the returned item.
I returned my order, when will I receive my money back?
Once the return package has been delivered to our distribution center, it may take another 5 business days for the return to be processed. When we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation e-mail. This e-mail will also state the new invoice or refund amount. The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible to the payment details known to us.

Business customers with an additional right of return can only be accepted if they are notified at least 2 months before the expiration date. By not complying with this procedure, Nomestic B.V. reserves the right not to accept and/or credit the return.
